Traditional Chinese Medicine
Services provided through Kiran Therapy & Wellness may include Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modalities such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, manual therapies, and other complementary wellness services where permitted by law.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a distinct healthcare discipline and should not be considered a substitute for primary care, emergency medical services, or specialty medical care. Patients are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with a licensed primary care provider and appropriate medical specialists for preventive care, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions.
Clinical Flow MD encourages patients to seek immediate medical attention for emergency symptoms or urgent medical conditions.
Laboratory Testing
Clinical Flow MD may facilitate access to laboratory testing through third-party laboratories or healthcare providers.
Unless expressly performed by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider, Clinical Flow MD does not interpret laboratory results, establish diagnoses, or make medical treatment recommendations based on laboratory findings.
Patients should review laboratory results with their licensed healthcare provider.
Medical Devices
Clinical Flow MD may distribute medical devices manufactured by third-party manufacturers.

Prescription Medications and Peptides
Prescription medications, including hormone replacement therapy, sexual health medications, hair restoration therapies, weight management medications, peptides, and other prescription products, are available only following evaluation and approval by appropriately licensed healthcare providers.

Billing, payment processing, collections, refunds, subscription management, and related financial services may be administered by OpenLoop Health or other authorized healthcare partners in accordance with their applicable policies and patient agreements.
Patients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the financial policies applicable to the healthcare services they receive.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual responses to healthcare services, wellness programs, medical devices, educational programs, nutritional recommendations, and prescription therapies vary.
Clinical Flow MD makes no guarantees regarding individual outcomes, treatment success, or health improvements.
Right to Refuse Service
Clinical Flow Med Design LLC, Clinical Flow MD, Kiran Therapy & Wellness, Agile Telehealth, OpenLoop Health, and affiliated providers reserve the right to decline, postpone, discontinue, or terminate services, consultations, appointments, product sales, or professional relationships when deemed appropriate, including but not limited to concerns involving patient safety, abusive or threatening behavior, suspected fraud, noncompliance with policies, requests outside the provider’s scope of practice, regulatory requirements, or other legitimate business or clinical reasons, consistent with applicable federal and state laws.
Emergency Medical Conditions
Clinical Flow MD does not provide emergency medical services.
