Shipping Policy

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC (“Clinical Flow MD”) is committed to providing accurate order processing and customer support throughout the purchasing process.

Order Processing

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC is responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders;

  • Confirming payment;

  • Coordinating order placement with the authorized distributor and manufacturer;

  • Providing customer support regarding order status; and

  • Assisting with communication between the customer, distributor, manufacturer, and shipping carrier when reasonably necessary.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC is not the manufacturer, exporter, freight forwarder, or shipping carrier and is not responsible for manufacturing, packaging, international freight transportation, customs clearance, or physical delivery of products.

Medical Device Distributor Responsibilities

Kaphaphysio serves as one of many authorized distributor and logistics coordinator for applicable products.

Kaphaphysio is responsible for:

  • Coordinating fulfillment with the manufacturer;

  • Delivering the completed order to the designated shipping facility or freight carrier;

  • Providing shipment tracking information when available;

  • Supplying applicable product documentation, certifications, and manufacturer-issued compliance documents accompanying the device; and

  • Coordinating shipping-related communications with the manufacturer when necessary.

Manufacturer Responsibilities

The manufacturer is solely responsible for:

  • Manufacturing the product;

  • Product quality control;

  • Factory testing and inspection;

  • Product performance specifications;

  • Packaging suitable for international transport;

  • Compliance with applicable manufacturing standards represented by the manufacturer; and

  • Providing product warranties and certifications as applicable.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC does not manufacture, alter, modify, or certify any medical device sold through its platform.

Shipping Carrier Responsibilities

Once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the selected freight carrier.

Depending on the shipping method selected, transportation may occur by:

  • Air Cargo

  • Sea Freight (Ocean Cargo)

The shipping carrier is responsible for:

  • Transportation of the shipment;

  • Transit handling;

  • Delivery services;

  • Shipping updates provided by the carrier;

  • Carrier-related delays;

  • Loss or damage occurring during transportation, subject to the carrier’s applicable terms and conditions.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated transit times from Guangzhou, China are provided for general reference only and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and destination.

Typical estimates are:

Air Cargo

  • Processing: 3–7 business days

  • Transit: 5–10 business days

  • Estimated total delivery: approximately 5–7 weeks

Sea Freight

  • Processing: 3–10 business days

  • Ocean transit: 25–45 business days

  • Estimated total delivery: approximately 6–10 weeks

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs and Government Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to:

  • Customs inspections;

  • Import or export documentation review;

  • Government regulatory agencies;

  • Port congestion;

  • Security inspections;

  • Carrier scheduling changes;

  • National holidays; or

  • Other circumstances beyond the control of Clinical Flow Med Design LLC.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC is not responsible for delays resulting from customs authorities or governmental agencies.

Communication

Because our manufacturing and distribution partners operate internationally, communications may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • International business hours;

  • Time-zone differences;

  • National holidays;

  • Manufacturing schedules; and

  • Foreign business operations.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding significant order updates as information becomes available.

Shipment Inspection

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies should be reported to Clinical Flow Med Design LLC within five (5) calendar days of delivery and should include photographs of the packaging, product, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC will assist in coordinating communication with Kaphaphysio, the manufacturer, or the shipping carrier, as appropriate.

Limitation of Responsibility

Except where required by applicable law, Clinical Flow Med Design LLC is responsible solely for processing customer orders and coordinating communications regarding the order.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC is not responsible for manufacturing defects, product quality, shipping delays, customs delays, loss or damage during transit, freight handling, or delivery services performed by third-party manufacturers, distributors, freight companies, or shipping carriers.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to customers under applicable federal, state, or local law.
