Clinical Flow Med Design LLC and its affiliated brands, including Clinical Flow MD, are committed to providing high-quality healthcare technology, educational services, and wellness solutions. Due to the nature of our products and services, all purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No Return Policy

All sales are final.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on products, medical devices, educational materials, digital products, online courses, memberships, subscriptions, wellness consultations, telehealth services, or other services once purchased.

Products that have been opened, used, activated, registered, modified, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications, compatibility, and intended use before completing a purchase.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Clinical Flow Med Design LLC are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Medical devices

  • Professional equipment

  • Online courses

  • Certification programs

  • Digital downloads

  • Memberships

  • Subscription services

  • Wellness consultations

  • Educational services

  • Shipping charges

  • Administrative fees

  • Appointment fees

  • Telehealth coordination fees

  • Failure to use a purchased product or service does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

  • Prescription Services

Consultation fees, provider evaluation fees, and telehealth service fees are non-refundable once a healthcare consultation has been scheduled or provided.

Prescription decisions are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers based on clinical judgment. Payment for a consultation does not guarantee that any medication, peptide, hormone therapy, laboratory test, or treatment will be prescribed.

Compounded Medications

Compounded medications, including products dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies or other authorized pharmacies, cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except where required by law or in the event of a verified pharmacy dispensing error. Customer must contact the pharmacy directly or as instructed by the providing partner company.

Medical Devices

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.

If a medical device arrives damaged due to shipping, is materially defective upon arrival, or the incorrect product was shipped, Clinical Flow Med Design LLC must be notified in writing within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

Upon verification, Clinical Flow Med Design LLC may, at its sole discretion of the manufacturing company and consistent with applicable law:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product; or

  • Provide another appropriate remedy.

Refunds are generally not provided for defective products unless required by law. Please note that this may take weeks or months to be resolved as products and devices may be shipped from China and is not available in the United States.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, remain subject to the manufacturer’s published warranty terms and conditions.

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC does not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled after processing or shipment.

Appointments canceled outside any applicable cancellation window may still be subject to fees as described in the applicable service agreement.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Clinical Flow Med Design LLC before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback so that good-faith efforts can be made to resolve any concerns.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.

Customer Agreement

By purchasing products or services from Clinical Flow Med Design LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Final Sale, Return & Refund Policy.
